Simply register and submit entries to the award categories
Before you Apply
Check that you or a representative of your institution will be able / has time to join the Award Ceremony on June 19-21, 2024 in Sao Paulo, Brazil (if you consider applying, we recommend blocking the day(s) already in your calendar).
Note that there is a participation fee for the 2024 ACEEU Forum at which the awards will be handed over (Early Registration €575; Regular Registration €650; Early Registration Brazil €200; Regular Registration Brazil €250; all prices incl. VAT).
Both, the attendance to the event as well as the payment of the event fee are requirements to be recognised as a finalist and to be considered for the final evaluation / selection of the winners.
Note that you only need to pay the event fee if you are selected as one of the 5 finalists from the category you applied for. There is no application fee to be paid for submitting an entry.

How to Apply
Check out our Award categories and identify one or more Awards you would like to apply to (multiple entries are possible and encouraged).
Download the Microsoft Word submission template from the Award categories page and fill it in.
Register an account on this page.
Login to your account using your email address and the password you set during the registration process.
Submit your entry by copying the information from the Microsoft Word submission template into our online submission form.
